京城各大书店冬奥图书专区热度不减
Winter Olympic themed books saw a rise in sales in Beijing bookstores and online platforms. Around 100 types of Winter Olympic themed books are displayed in the Beijing Book Building, one of the major bookstores in the city, covering a wide range of contents. Data from Dangdang, a leading online book sales platform, shows that four out of the 10 best sellers in children’s books are Winter Olympic related. Traditional Chinese culture elements demonstrated in the opening ceremony of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games also boosted the sales of traditional Chinese culture related books.
冬残奥会开幕在即，冬奥热度还在继续，冬奥图书专区依然是京城各大书店亮点。北京图书大厦是北京主要的书店之一，累计陈列的近百种冬奥相关图书，内容丰富。来自当当的数据显示，童书新书榜TOP10里冬奥相关图书就占了四席。值得一提的是，北京冬奥会开幕式大量传统元素的呈现，助推传统文化书籍的热度攀升。
冬残奥会城市景观布置转换 首次大规模应用早春耐寒花卉
Flower installation of the Winter Paralympics Emblem is now displayed in Tiananmen Square to celebrate the upcoming Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games. Covering 1,200 square meters, the installation uses about 80,000 flowers. 30 species of cold-resistant flowers will be used in 9 flower installations in various locations, for the first time in Beijing, some of them can survive a temperature of minus 5 Degree Celsius.
2022年北京冬残奥会即将开幕，天安门广场的花坛会徽已经转换为残奥会会徽。花坛面积共1200平方米，大概是8万株。本次景观布置应用的早春耐寒花卉将涉及9大类30多个品种，如此大规模的应用也是北京市首次。这些花卉的抗寒性比较好的，可在零下5度存活。
冰雪和冬奥主题博物馆崇礼落成
China’s biggest winter sports and Winter Olympics themed museum was completed in Chongli, Hebei Province recently.With a total area of 24,000 square meters, the museum has 6 regular exhibition halls and 1 temporary exhibition hall. By December 2021, 6000 exhibits were curated by the museum, demonstrating the history of winter sports, previous Winter Olympic Games and Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics in various forms.
张家口崇礼华侨冰雪博物馆已于日前落成。该馆主体建筑总面积超2.4万平方米，主要由6个常设展厅和1个临时展厅组成，主要对世界冰雪运动历史，历届冬奥会以及2022年冬奥会申办、筹办、举办过程中的实物、图片及影像资料进行全方位收集和集中展示。截至2021年12月，中国侨联为博物馆征集和购买国内外冰雪运动藏品逾6000件。
2022北京消费季下周启动
The 2022 Beijing consumption season will launch on Mar 1st in the capital, aiming to further boost consumption. The consumption season will last until the end of this year. Activities in 8 categories will be held, including 24 citywide events. Over 100 brands will release new products or designs during the consumption season, night consumption and sports-themed consumption will be highlighted as well.
2022北京消费季将于3月1日在全城启动，持续到年底。活动共分8大活动板块，将举办24项全市性标志活动，进一步激发市场主体活力，营造良好消费环境和氛围。超过100个品牌将在消费季节将举办新品发布主题秀场。全市20个深夜食堂街区开展联动，助推夜经济发展。围绕体育消费，体育消费节期间，知名体育用品企业和健身场馆将开展促销。
金融街首批市场化人才公寓将迎客
By the end of March, 98 apartments designated for those working in the finance industry located in Financial Street in central Xicheng District will be available for rent. The apartments are located only one kilometer away from the headquarters of major financial institutions based in Financial Street, and the rent will be lower than the average in the area. By 2023, more such industry designated apartments will be available in key areas in Xicheng District.
3月底，位于西城区金融街的98套金融街人才公寓将开始出租。公寓距离金融街购物中心和各大金融企业总部不到一公里，上班步行可达，价格不高于周边市场均价。据悉，金融街人才公寓98套房源将于年底前满员入住。西城区2023年还将在核心地段建设市场化人才公寓。
2025年西城将集聚百家重点金融机构
During the 14th Five-Year-Plan Period, the added value of the financial sector in Xicheng district is expected to increase by an annual rate of 8%, while the added value of the financial sector will account for 50% of regional GDP. By 2025, there will be at least 100 major financial institutions based in the district, as well as 100 high quality listed companies. The Financial Street in Xicheng District will become a financial hub with international influence by 2035.
“十四五”时期，西城区金融业增加值预计年均增幅8%、金融业增加值预计占全区GDP比重为50%。到2025年，西城区实施重点金融机构集聚不低于100家、高质量上市挂牌达到100家。展望2035年，金融街将建设成为具有国际影响力彰显的金融中心。
马驹桥将建智能再生水厂高品质再生水可用于制造芯片
A smart sewage treatment plant project was launched in Majuqiao town in Beijing Economic-Technology Development Area and its construction will be completed within a year. When put into use, one of the two plants of the project will handle household sewage, while the other one will handle the treatment of industrial wastewater. The advanced technologies adopted in the project allow it to turn household sewage into high quality reclaimed water, which is suitable for use in chip manufacturing.
北京经济技术开发区马驹桥智能再生水厂项目启动，将于一年内建成。马驹桥智能再生水厂建成后，其中一厂以处理生活污水为主；二厂以处理工业废水为主。项目建成后，可将生活污水处理成高品质再生水，提供给中芯京城用于制造芯片。
北京：居家养老满意率超90%才达标
The service satisfaction evaluation standard of Home-based Elderly Care Services was issued in Beijing recently. On-site evaluations and regular assessment will be conducted. If satisfaction rate is lower than 90%, a service provider will be deemed “unqualified”. Service standards regarding dining, medical and mental health services have already been issued. The Home-based Elderly Care Service Regulations will come into effect on April 1st across the capital.
北京《居家养老服务规范》服务满意度测评和巡视探访两部分内容于近日发布，将于4月1日起实施。根据新规范，服务满意度测评分为现场测评和定期测评，服务满意率低于90%，测评结果即为“不满意”。据了解，本市《居家养老服务规范》此前已经发布了助餐、助医、助洁、助浴、精神慰藉等部分内容。
